Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction
All sales are final, no cancelations, no refunds, no exchanges. For purchases made online, merchandise may take up to 7-14 business days minimum, to arrive at the store.
If a customer by chance wants to cancel an order, there is a 30% restocking fee. Sales made by finance cannot be canceled once signed by the customer. On pick-ups customers are responsible for checking merchandise, we are not responsible for any damaged merchandise after pick up.
